Movies
Jen and I love to go see movies. As I have gotten older I find that younger people don't find me as hilarious as they should. After extensive research I have discovered that their parents are to blame. I primarily speak in movie quotes and their parents have deprived them of the humor my parents supplied. Below are a few of my feelings on some movies over the years.
Classic Comedies

Brewster's Millions
This might be my all-time favorite movie. Doesn't get the credit it deserves. Richard Pryor and John Candy at their best.

Caddyshack
Gunga, Gunga Galunga. So I says to the Dalai. Hey! Dalai, how bout a little somthin for the effort ya know?

Stripes
Pipe down Francis! This is a star-studded movie that is still hilarious today. The only argument I will accept for Stripes not being the best movie of all time is that Brewster's Millions is.

Fletch
Dr. Rosen Rosen. Put it on the Underhills. It's all ball bearings these days. The quotes from this movie will last forever.
Just Generally Strong

Top Gun
As a child born in 1978 I think Top Gun was when I learned about the important things in life. 1) There is no way you can play volleyball greased up like they were and not come away looking like a sand monster. 2) Airplanes are really cool and you are not allowed to fly below the hard deck. 3) People die. Sorry it had to be you that taught me that Goose. 4) You can in fact do a 4G inverted dive with a Mig 28 at 2 meters range. 5) It isn't cool to grab the mic after one of the greatest pickup moves ever and keep singing the song "Sundown." 6) Girls are not yucky. Well at least not Kelly McGillis.

Forrest Gump
The guy invented Bubba Gump Shrimp, fought in every war, was the first investor in Apple, ran across the country, and met all of the Presidents. On top of that he mowed his own lawn. What more can you say.

Wedding Crashers
A modern classic that combines humor with heart.
Future Classics

Bridesmaids
Hilarious - must see!!! Guys, take your wife and pretend like you are being super nice on a romantic date. Tim Schmidt, this is not a chick flick. You need to spend a week catching up to the world on funny movies.

The Hangover
Hilarious from start to finish. The sequel was disappointing but not bad enough to make the list below.

Anchorman
Stay classy, San Diego.
Terrible Movies

Dude, Where's My Car?
If you are still alive after viewing this movie you clearly have other things in your life going for you.

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
This is the only movie that has ever had me get up and walk out of the theater.
Sequels That Never Should Have Been Made

Teen Wolf 2
Seriously Jason Bateman. This wins my vote of the worst movie sequel to follow a good movie ever!

Caddyshack 2
When a movie makes the great list and follows up with a sequel that makes this list there isn't much to say.
Overrated Movies

The Big Lebowski
Really just not that funny. For those of you that love it, go back and watch it without being on anything.
